Situation Reaction Test (SRT)
→ He immediately raises alarm, blocks the thief’s path, catches him with others’ help, and hands him to the RPF.
2. He is walking alone at night and finds a group of people teasing a girl.
→ He quickly intervenes, warns the miscreants, ensures the girl’s safety, and calls the police if needed.
3. During field training, one of his teammates gets injured and starts bleeding heavily.
→ He applies first aid, stops the bleeding, sends someone to inform the instructor, and takes him to the medical room.
4. He is getting late for an important exam and his bike breaks down midway.
→ He parks it safely, hires an auto/cab or runs to the centre, and reaches on time.
5. He is assigned a group task but his group members are not cooperating.
→ He motivates them, divides tasks smartly, sets an example by working hard, and completes the task successfully.
6. His best friend is caught cheating during an examination.
→ He advises him to admit his mistake and face consequences honestly; continues his own paper sincerely.
7. He witnesses a road accident and a man lying unconscious.
→ He checks breathing, provides first aid, calls an ambulance, and informs police and relatives.
8. His superior gives him an order he feels is wrong.
→ He respectfully shares his viewpoint; if the superior insists, he follows the order faithfully and reports the outcome later.
9. He has to attend a family wedding, but his exam falls on the same date.
→ He gives priority to the exam, informs family politely, and joins them after completing it.
10. He has limited time and multiple tasks to complete.
→ He prioritizes tasks, makes a quick plan, works efficiently, and completes all on time.
11. He sees smoke coming out from a house while walking in the street.
→ He alerts people, helps evacuate, calls the fire brigade, and assists in controlling the fire.
12. He is selected as a group leader, but one member constantly disagrees with his decisions.
→ He listens patiently, explains the plan logically, assigns suitable role, and maintains unity in the group.
13. He is playing football and accidentally breaks a classroom window glass.
→ He immediately informs the teacher, apologizes, and offers to pay for the damage.
14. He finds a wallet full of money lying on the road.
→ He checks for identity, contacts the owner or submits it to the police.
15. He is not performing well in studies and his parents are disappointed.
→ He accepts his mistake, plans a better routine, studies regularly, and improves performance.
